Thursday, 2 July 2026, State Councils Building – The “Coffee Talk” session was held at the Department of Councils of State on 2 July 2026. The session, attended by Honourable Members of the Legislative Council, was delivered by invited guest Yang Mulia Dato Paduka Haji Serbini bin Haji Ali, former Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the United States of America, who shared his experience and knowledge.

The session provided an opportunity for Members of the Legislative Council to discuss current issues through an exchange of views.
