Main Function:

1. Conduct effective and updated Financial Management Affairs.

Job and Responsibilities:

1. As an administrator in the use of TAFIS System;

2. Preparing departmental budget;

3.To manage correspondence, vouchers and papers of the Council;

4.To  manage allowances of Members of the Royal Council, Members of the National Assembly and Officers such as Subsistence Allowance, flight tickets and others;

5. To conduct monthly collection of the Welfare and Sports Body of the Department and donations from other Ministries / Departments.
