Main Function:

1. To advise His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in carrying out the administration of the country, which includes approving the policies.

Job and Responsibility:

1. To prepare and distribute working papers to the Members of the Cabinet Ministers' Council.
