AIPA Statues
Article 2 of AIPA Statues stipulated that :
This Statutes is the supreme law of AIPA and any amendment to this Statutes by the General Assembly which is inconsistent with this Statutes shall, to that extent of inconsistency, be void.
Subject to this Article, the provision of this Statutes may be amended by the General Assembly.
A proposal to amend any provision in this Statutes shall not be passed by the General Assembly unless it has been supported by a general consensus of all the Member Parliaments.
